SALON Policies

  • HAIR: Please arrive to the salon with CLEAN, DRY HAIR regardless of which services you are having done that day.

  • PARKING: Street parking is readily available. The meters accept nickels, dimes, quarters in 1 hour increments. Don’t fret, our meter patrol is very relaxed! We have quarters on hand and are happy to refill your meter for you.

  • PAYMENT: Methods of payment accepted for services and products include all major credit cards (except for American Express) as well as cash or check. We also use Vagaro Pay which you can sign up for through your Vagaro account in advance of checking out for your services.

  • GRATUITY: Gratuity is truly and greatly appreciated and is accepted in the form of physical cash. We have a PNC ATM across the street as well as a Chase ATM on Route 65 and a First National Bank ATM on Route 65.

  • CHILDREN: We adore your little hunnies, but your time at the salon is for you! You won’t be able to chase after your little one in the middle of your service, so for everyone’s safety a quality of experience, we respectfully thank you for leaving the kids at home. No children (other than those with an appointment) are permitted to appointments.

  • GIFT CARDS: All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire. They cannot be used for gratuity and do not have any cash value.

  • SICKNESS: If you or your stylist have any symptoms of sickness it will be necessary to wear masks. Please stay home if you have a fever, nausea, or are coughing or sneezing excessively.

  • CONDUCT: We strictly prohibit any acts of violence, aggression, or unacceptable behavior towards anyone associated with Finch Beauty and Bridal. This includes but is not limited to, artists, employees, service providers, clients, mentors, and apprentices. Violence, aggression, abuse of property, inappropriate language, threatening, intimidating, harassing, bullying, or otherwise disturbing behavior will result in the immediate termination of services and may result in police enforcement.

  • CANCELLATION: We reserve the right to enforce our last minute cancellation/late change policy in the interest of protecting the livelihood of our artists. Cancellation (or moving your appointment) within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or not showing up to your appointment will result in a 50% charge for the services scheduled. You will be required to pay the 50% cancellation fee prior to booking another appointment. This policy applies regardless of cancellation reason. By scheduling an appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting our artists.

  • RESULT ALTERATION: If you are not satisfied with your result, please notify us within 10 days of your original service. We will be happy to have you in and suggest possible alteration options. After 10 days, normal service charges will apply.
