Your beauty industry journey is whatever you want it to be. We are here to provide the structure that will lead you to success, but give you plenty of freedom to live your dream lifestyle.

  • Our culture is focused on mutual respect, the flow between work and life, personal wellness, mental health, physical health, emotional health, appropriate boundaries, healthy relationships, collaboration and community, and financial success.

  • At this time, we are open to experienced hair stylists and freelance makeup artists joining our team. Unfortunately, we are not equipped with facilities for massage therapy, aesthetics, nails, or lashes.

  • Completely flexible. Currently, we operate Tuesday - Friday 9am - 5pm, but we are open to expanding our hours as our team of artists expands.

  • Very flexible. We respect our clients and schedule time off in advance. Block off or change your schedule whenever or however you want to. Just let Grace know you’re marking off.

  • We work with freelancers on our event and wedding teams. Please reach out if you’re interested in working with us.

  • Growth plans are entirely customized to each beauty pro’s goals and lifestyle. We like to sprinkle a little personal growth in with the professional as well.

  • We are currently using Wella Koleston Perfect, Color Touch, Shinefinity, and Joico Color Intensities. Back bar shampoos and conditioners are mainly Redken. Styling and take home product selections are comprised of “Hero Products”. These are the products that we believe to be the best or most functional from each line we come into contact with.

  • We use Vagaro Pro for online booking and you are free to manage our own schedule. You will have control over how your schedule is booked, including approving online requests. When a client books an appointment online, it comes through as a request and must be approved or declined by you.
