We reserve the right to enforce our last minute cancellation/late change policy in the interest of protecting the livelihood of our artists. Cancellation (or moving your appointment) within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment time or not showing up to your appointment will result in a 50% charge for the services scheduled. You will be required to pay the 50% cancellation fee prior to booking another appointment. This policy applies regardless of cancellation reason. By scheduling an appointment you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Thank you for respecting our artists. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time may have their appointment shortened to accommodate their stylist’s schedule or be required to reschedule if shortening the appointment is not possible.
